I have a question. How to tethering Wifi from android to my local LAN
I would be very appreciated for the details or pictures instructions of configuration for DD-WRT

My schema:
I have 3 computers and Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (SVN revision 14896) connected via switch to one local network.
This network has internet connection but some time this connection failure.
I would like to use emergency internet connection from my mobile, just in case of cable internet connection failure.

I attached the schema of my idea.
I know it was possible because 8 years ago I did that connection but really forget how I made it

This seems a router with 4 MB flash 16MB ram with a 200 Mhz single core processor running a pre-war build (and I mean the Great War)

Amazing it still runs

That build has real security issues but hey it is a free world.

To kindly reiterate what @egc was alluding to, you should consider upgrading to a more recent build.

Without specifics on router model and version, I can't tell if you have one that can run K26 builds or not...

Van typu send me instruction nie to set up my Linksys with New software?
I know it was possible with old software. I want to try. Pls send me instruction if you are able to configure it.
Previous helps concerning dual nets but there is no word about setting up and connect to my wife from my mobile.
How about the button site survay it shows surrounding wifi nets and enable to join them. But after joining I have no possible to put the password to this wifi so this joining os artificial only.

If you want to upgrade I am actively using build 47495 on my WRT-54GS: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=330346 so that might work for you but no guarantees

Reset before updating and use a non Chromium based browser see the forum guidelines.
