But /etc/resolv.conf always contains the router's IP which is 192.168.0.2. A station that is configured to grab its IP setting from DHCP also get that IP address instead of the configured 192.168.0.3 and yes, I can ping that IP and DNS is working on it.

To add you are running an old and no longer supported build which has safety issues.
Upgrading is highly recommended, current is 48432
As you are coming from such an old build, resetting *after* upgrading and putting settings in manually (never restore settings to a different build) is also recommended.
