Is it possible to bypass the VPN only on the google.com domain? I ask because he always asks me for the reCAPTCHA

but in Source Routing (PBR) You can only bypass clients and not web addresses 🤔

I don't want to use VPN only on google.com

yep you are right, it would be very sketchy...as google has a tons of IP's to use the source based routing...and i had a wrong impression your problem could be solved via IPset rules...but at the moment i cannot experiment due to a time factor..but not in my favour Cool

That is incorrect.

DDWRT OpenVPN Client setup guide v23.pdf wrote:
Destination Based
If you primarily want to use the VPN but have a selected destination, e.g. a Domain/URL, which you want to route via the Wan you can enter in the OpenVPN Additional Config:

route ipleak.net 255.255.255.255 net_gateway #use vpn_gateway to route via the VPN

Now all traffic for this website, regardless of the source, will be routed via the WAN

You might also want to have the DNS query for this domain routed via the WAN which is explained in DDWRT DNS
and VPN guide

There is more about that in the guide , you should read it carefully.

thanks for your help, finally google no longer asks me for the reCAPTCHA! Smile

but is it possible for just one device? I assume that you have to enter the local IP address in the additional configurations, correct?

thanks again man!
