Welcome to Broadcom r48322 beta release thread for reporting, feedback to developers & community benefit.
Please do not flash builds until installation is understood, risks involved and device specificrecovery methods.
Avoid discussions, create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
Please list router model & revision, operating & wireless mode(s) and exact filename/firmware image flashed.
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
• WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
• DNScrypt 1.95 can still be used in WebUIbut v2 (not compatible) requires Golang and thus Entware. See Trac ticket #6246.
• WDS does not work on Broadcom ARM devices (only MIPS<->MIPS) & bridge modes on k4.4 devices may sometimes work
in some configurations for certain builds but are not supported by the bcmdhd driver. Try client or repeater modes, but YMMV.
• VAPs not working at bootare fixed, both unbridged (r40634) and bridged (r47822). Please test, removestartup commands.
• If startup scripts do not work from USB add delay (wait script), sleep 25 or try Administration -> Commands -> Save USB.
• Broadcom ARM devices if 5 GHz channels are missingvia Telnet/SSH: 'nvram set brcm_unlock=1' 'nvram commit' 'reboot'.
• Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!
Important:
• Detail issues & relevant configs, logs: syslog klog 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' nvram set console_debug=1, serial.
• Firewall NAT WAN: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' & /tmp/.ipt. Misc: stracetcpdumpwireshark.
• Gremlins: reset & configure manually, not restore a backup. Reboot. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, CB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.
I had no idea this information was useful. I will try to be more proactive from now on! _________________ Hardware (Device/Firmware/Roles):

Everything seemed OK, but soon realized wifi issues -
radio sending out SSID but no client can connect
Tried various settings changes, and decided to use the 'reset' button to start fresh which was big mistake as the router is now bricked. The last status screen I was able to get no longer identified the router Model as a Netgear R6250, it had Broadcom something.
Reboots & eventually displays flashing power light.
I've had this puppy many years/no complaints - bought (2) renewed. Still have a working one on the R42925 std
I think there may be something wrong with the R8000 images for this version.
I loaded it and it bricked mine so bad I had to buy a USB TTL adapter to tftp another version.
I then downloaded it again and had the same result 2 more times...
EDIT:
OK, so it appears to have broken all the way back to build r48255.
The last working build is r48218.
I tried every version from that to latest and they all don't work.
I should note that I am using the experimental driver version if that matters, but I did try the non-experimental version of r48322 and that is broken as well.
Did something major change between those versions?
OK thanks, I'll try to look through it.
More reading around the forum and others are having similar issues on versions higher than r48218 as well.
r48218 had another issue though where no wifi output on either band even after a factory reset as well as a clean load.
Had to go down to r48208 to get up and running normally.
Sounds like its in TFTP mode, how did you try and factory reset it? Don't do a 30/30/30 reset.

Yes, it is in TFTP mode -
I got several of Netgear R6250 official firmwares downloaded and have tried TFTP'ing - the firmware gets transferred successfully, but the blinking power light stays blinking. I can't tell what color it is as I am colorblind.
