alright i've searched for hours on here and can't find a solution I need some help. Current running rev 46177. I want to isolate 1 of my 4 ethernet ports from the rest of the network. I followed this handy dandy youtube link https://youtu.be/0ds4o2RxHAc. i didn't bother with the firewall rules yet I just want things to communicate.
so... I placed ethernet ports 1-3 on vlan 2 and port 4 on vlan 3. setup the secondary DHCP server the whole show. applied the settings. and my router will no longer get an ip address from my provider on the WAN interface (shows 0.0.0.0\0.0.0.0). DHCP stops working on all LAN interfaces. Lan connectivity works as long as I assign an ip a PC.
so what am I doing wrong here? the br0 is built and added assignment of vlan 2 to it. also br1 (my new one) exists and has vlan 3 assigned to it. dhcp server is on. my secondary dhcp server is on for the br1 interface. what detail am i missing to rope this in?
