WNR3500L v2 can't work with new versions

I try to use the newest versions of dd-wrt for the Netgear WNR3500Lv2. Last version that stable work for this device is version from APR 20, 2020. Today I try to flash version from May 19, 2020. I still have the same problem. I find to solve it and I have hint from developpers - I should to totally reset device before and after flash. Today I try this and I'm flash build from May 19 via GUI. After this operation I have still problem with only orange power led (I'm describe it earlier and on bugtrack service). I see build for my device is changed from mega to giga build. Because this problem is still I'm back to oem firmware and try to clean flash the newest DD-WRT. Problem is simply the same. Finally I'm back to version from APR 20. This version is stable for me. Developpers: I'm inform you. The router is totally reset before flash and after flash. I try many combinations with reset button too. It not solve this problem. Main problem is probably other. You can see serial session log.
