I'm having DDNS problems but having searching around the forums, I still can't find any specific workaround for WRT610N so I'm wondering if updating to one of the latest builds would solve the problem.

Since the old WRT610N thread was locked, I wonder if it's ok to post the question here. Using eko newd-2 k2.6 build 17084 Mega, I get:

"Mon Aug 15 14:09:00 2011: INADYN: Started 'INADYN Advanced version 1.96-ADV' - dynamic DNS updater.
Mon Aug 15 14:09:00 2011: I:INADYN: IP address for alias 'xxx.xxx.xxx' needs update to 'xx.xx.xx.xx'

But it never updates. I've tried the "Custom" method posted on the forum, same thing. What else can I do?!

I am wondering if this anything to do with dyndns.org changing their domain to dyn.com?

dyndns doesn't work with the most recent experimental builds.

Gents, I successfully installed ddclient through ipkg, it works almost fine

sounds good bout ddclient.

i must say i am bit disappointed theres no solutions from developers side with inadyn. still broken with custom settings.
