At least now we know not to use that file; I honestly do not know if that was specific to <Kong> build reversion or what - or if it ever even worked. I presume flashing stock from DD-WRT webUI doesn't work in more recent builds? _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

It goes through the motions fine, but always reboots back to the dd-wrt login screen even with any combination of reset attempts - same thing happened with the linked revert file.
I didn't try it with a Kong build that I started out with, this was with v47474. The flash from GUI with stock did not work for me with the Kong build either.
Could well be operator error. I didn't try it more than once beings I had already figured out the tftp method.

Possibly not operator error; perhaps I was thinking of Marvell issue that was fixed regarding flashing back to stock from DD-WRT without a special file. Not sure why this is broken, it would be great if there was no need for any special procedures. But at least TFTP works without failure (unless you don't get the timing correct as some have trouble doing). _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

worked for me on tp-link wdr3600, using the latest r47495. downloaded Webrevert to Stock from router database. flashed from gui. _________________ Upgraded to
