The Supported Devices Wiki still lists the v1 as a WIP; does not list v2, and no download for either of them. So exactly how did you end up in this situation...?

I don't know exactly what you mean "without the flash", but if you tried a pin short de-brick method on this device, that is not advisable. You could likely save yourself a lot of headache unless you have a flash programmer and everything needed to restore the flash completely and just RMA it if you cannot get the CFE web recovery method to come up. I would probably opt to send it in for repair at this point if you can't recover it. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

Was it a true fullflash dump? A standard firmware file would probably not work. This device likely needs to be sent for repair; the power outage likely caused hardware damage. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

I do not have this model in my posession; If it has that feature, you would press the WPS/RESET button or RESET button and power up the device with a TFTP server configured at a specific IP address and the device should automatically upload the file and flash it. I don't know of any method that uses two buttons, and the only other method I think uses the QSS button on older devices.
