I can confirm that the D-Link DIR-867 wireless router seems to work properly when flashed with the DIR-878-A1 firmware.
I have tried the following beta releases: r43055, r43078, and r43099. Each seems to be stable and are giving the same wireless throughput rates that I was seeing using the factory firmware. I have only tested the wireless and basic WAN gateway functions.
The only problem I have noticed is that the LEDs that indicate activity on the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands do not light up. Does anyone have an easy fix for this?

Moved this one to the right forum and deleted your other post. You should search the forum to answer your question. Would've been better to get proper detection information first so it might be added in the future. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"
