Hi, i am trying to flash dd-wrt on my Archer C8 V3 (US) router. There is a very good thread (now locked) about different attempts to get dd-wrt on the router and then back to stock: https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=283416 However all those tests are about version 1 or 2.

The wiki states that V3 is an European model, however my has US on the sticker. See pictures of the board: https://photos.app.goo.gl/poxJ6b5byFL4RmNS8

I can't find definitive information on the v3; only v1, v2, and v4.

Accorind to the boot log it has 16MB flash, so i guess it would be possible to open the rev1 buidl on it, but i don't know how to flash from CFE. Is there any document describing how to flash dd-wrt from CFE? How to get the linux and CFE parts from the firmware image?
