Issues/Errors: In every build after r42847 wireless TX Power is limited to 16dBm. I tried with different Regulatory Domain without success. Back to r42847 and TX Power is OK - 21dBm.
Router Model : TP-Link TL-WR940N v6
Firmware : DD-WRT v3.0-r42925 std (04/18/20)
Kernel : Linux 3.18.140-d4 #76293

Router/Version: WZR-600DHP
File: DD-WRT v3.0-r42925 std (04/18/20)
Previous: Buffalo Stock DD-WRT
Reset: Yes
Kernel: Linux 3.10.108-d10 #44662 Sat Apr 18 02:01:47 +04 2020 mips
Mode: Gateway
Status: Working
Uptime: 22hrs:17min
Temps: Unsupported
Issues / Errors: Making changes too quick locks up the data plane on WAN port, kills WebUI, but still allows SSH.
Briks DLink DIR-825b!
Recovery Mode:
Allows choosing of FW but doesn't upload; no answer from DIR.
Putty:
No SSH, no Telnet and even no connection via Serial!
Glad to have tested on a non-productive device. Sad that this test-device has passed.

Sounds like a bad flash. Mine works. Have you tried tftp?
Router/Version: r7800
Config/Mode: Gateway
Status/Errors: working
Previous/Reset: Yes, nvram cleared after SSH refused connection.
On top of that, I think Entware isn't compatible with the current kernel with this build. Last time I saw it working was maybe with late feb/ early march builds if memory serves me right. (Edit: I meant Dnscrypt v2, not Entware)
Edit: I switched to stubby with Cloudflare's DNS to save myself some headache(Thanks Alozaros and Signals)
Running stable with DoT via stubby, QoS(HTB+PIE), IPv6 via Dnsmasq.
DLINK DIR-825 REV.B2
STATUS: up from 2 days
Reset BEFORE and AFTER flashing
Kernel: Linux 3.10.108-d10 #44562 Fri Apr 17 03:40:47 +04 2020 mips
Errors:
@Wildlion
Tried Recovery Mode, tried under Linux Putty (SSH, Telnet, Serial), tried under Win7 WinSCP (I think that's Putty as well).
Don't know how to TFTP. Can you please give me some further information.

Fair warning: discussion may be moved to a new thread at the drop of a hat. These threads aren't for how-to's, configuration support, or anything other than reporting whether or not the build flashed successfully or unsucessfully and reporting errors in the firmware itself only. Thank you for your understanding. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

No worries. It's just that build threads get littered with tangents that are not necessarily related to a fault in the firmware and aren't of any service to people not being placed in a new thread. Trying to keep that to a minimum for everyone's benefit. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"
