I have 3 Apple TVs whos MAC address begin with XX:YY:ZZ....
Only one will be connected to the network at any given time. Is it possible to create a DHCP assignment rule where 192.168.1.20 is assigned to a device that present a MAC address beginning with XX:YY:ZZ...?
I tried to assign the same IP addr static lease to the three MAC addresses. The UI will not allow this.
See the DNSMasq wiki and man page for examples of creating leases with the dhcp-host option. I don't know whether it will be possible or not with the version included in DD-WRT. It is pretty old because newer versions remove a feature DD-WRT needs. _________________ Read the forum announcements thoroughly! Be cautious if you're inexperienced.
