I have a few modems that I will begin getting rid of after I achieve a good network for the house. I currently have a DIR-825 connected to the cable modem as the AP. I get a poor wireless signal in the living room wher I have a laptop, PS3 an WII. All three devices have 802.11b/g so they see one SSID (2.4GHz) but not the other.
I have a DI-624, WNDR3300 and DIR-655 that I can use, (I prefer in that order) to increase the signal to the internet (through the base DIR-825). My thoughts would be to use the dd-wrt to flash a device to repeat the signal (Wireless client bridge I think) and since the devices can only see 2.4GHz, was trying to use the DI-624 or WNDR3300.

Is there a better way?
Which device will work best?
Is there anything else I need?

Thanks,
Paul
