PPTP / VPN tunnel for single client?

Hey, I have a RT-N16 running dd-wrt, and I want to create a tunnel to another DD-WRT user whom will host the tunnel / VPN (wrt54gl). I want to be able to use their IP for a single client (mac address) and not for every client on my router. Is this possible? If so, how?

you can use iptables for this
