Testing updating of software to my ASUS RT-N16, using 15778-mega.
I have found som strange behavior when updating, bug/my fult don't know.

I'm trying to explain what have hapend:

When I update or change build, there is som strange issue happend.

First I take backup, nvram and wan traffic, only using to same build.
Then I do a factory resett before update FW.
Upload new FW and after update router do factory resett again,
klicking in from web-gui.

Wan-kabel and my lan-kabel to my computer are connected.
If I uploading my backed up FW to router which went well
and I have wan-ip number BUT I don't get any internet to
my lan-computer. Can se wan-ip on control panel on dd-wrt.

Okey retting to facktory default and doing all by hand
then all funcktioning went well untill I doing REBOT ROUTER
Then I have no internet to my lan-computer. Can se wan-ip
on control panel on dd-wrt.

I have tessted this with no luck:
wanf=`nvram get wan_iface`
iptables -I INPUT 2 -i $wanf -p udp --sport 67 --dport 68 -j ACCEPT
and this iptables -I INPUT -p udp --dport 68 -j ACCEPT

And more strange is if I look in Upnp side I can find others folks
ip and application running, mostly torrent but some spotify.

All this is realy strange and do you folks have same behavior/problem ?

Can someone test this PLEASE !

Don't hesitate to ask me question in case I have forgotten something.

Se picture for more info.

This is a very bad thing to do when you have changed builds.

Restoring your backup, is also restoring the problems..

Start with a fresh config by hand and see if that resolves your issues.

Yepp I have tested that, It goes ok until I REBOT ROUTER then I can't get WAN access. I have updated/tested ~50 builds this year but this occur latley, can't say howe many builds back.

Can someone test this on your router to confirm this behavior, PLEASE

No that was not. I have never change that, it's original and I have used it for a year now.
