Hello
Bought a Buffalo router from the DD-WRT shop on November 13 and paid by PayPal. Ten days later I got a notification that the router was shipped. As of today I have not received the shipment. I live in Sweden and shipments from Germany usually just takes 3-4 days.
Worst of all - all inquiries by email to the store has been met with silence. No answers what so ever.
I really like this project and want tot support both the project and Brainslayer. I thought I could do this buy buying the router here instead of in a local store at approx. the same total cost.
If you want to run a serious ebusiness you need to shape up and at least answer emails from your customers. Looking forward to receive the router.

As today send per email:
The shipment was done on Nov. 23th. (Wabe has gotten a receipt from the german post as a pdf from us).
Tracking (via telephone) at DHL said, that the package left Germany on the 27th. of November. So now it is on the swedish post, to get it to you.
So far we did not have trouble with DHL (which is the german Post in germany, whoever tells something different does not know the truth), and we now decided not to use DHL anymore.
We will use something that can be online Tracked, and will not take that long. And is not expensive so thats a challange.
