tftp flashing problem

Hi. I am flashing a asus wl500g premium with dd-wrt v23 sp2 generic date:13.09.2006

Now my problem is that i can ping router with response ttl=64 but cant accees webgui it kinda blocks me.

I am stuck at tftp step when i sent dd-wrt.v23_asus.trx file then power cycled router.

At this point i did hard reset.

Now power led are off only air/wlan led is lit always
power led are lit at boot for only 2 secs.

If i boot router while pressing restore/reset button it gets to recovery mode with ping response ttl=100.
