port forwarding not working on WRN3500L SP2 install

I recently upgraded my old WRT54G to a NetGear WRN3500L as I took a lightning hit that fried it.
Installed "DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/23/10) std-usb-ftp - build 14311" on it. Most seems to work fine, but port fowarding (eg: FTP on 21) does not work.

I've tested thru dyndns and it gives me a time-out. Logs on router show nothing hitting it. Forwarding is configured correctly (worked fine on the WRT54G, and hit the server behind the firewall) and 21 was not blocked by my ISP prior to the router swap out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
