It is not the build causing your problem. That is a good build. If you don't think it is a hardware issue, all I would suggest is the using the gui, reset the router to "factory defaults", then reconfigure. Nowhere in your post(s) do you say that you hard reset the router.

Already did all that. I know I haven't mentioned that I've already hard reseted it, that's why I mentioned on the last post.
I'm not saying it isn't a hardware issue, I just made an argument. I could be wrong and I probably am.

Can you recommend one? And since (I guess) it has to be the stick-on kind, does it really work to dissipate heat well?
The bottom of these boxes get hot enough that I don't even feel comfortable positioning them in the normal way (i.e. the bottom flush against another flat surface).
