Already did all that. I know I haven't mentioned that I've already hard reseted it, that's why I mentioned on the last post.

I'm not saying it isn't a hardware issue, I just made an argument. I could be wrong and I probably am.

Opa tudo bom? tb sou do Brasil e tive varios problemas com este roteador. Consegui por sorte acionar a garantia e trocar, hj eu tenho o mesmo modelo porem com firmware original. Estou a procura de um bom firmware dd-wrt para este modelo.
Vc testou qual ate agora?

Can you recommend one? And since (I guess) it has to be the stick-on kind, does it really work to dissipate heat well?

The bottom of these boxes get hot enough that I don't even feel comfortable positioning them in the normal way (i.e. the bottom flush against another flat surface).
