Every time I check the incoming log, I always seem to have rogue connections trying to enter.

This IP "ALWAYS" shows up

10.39.144.1 UDP BootPC Dropped

And sometimes various IPs like

84.55.72.8 TCP 50045 Dropped

Should I be worried?

The first one is your modem: http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/dd-wrt/ticket/973

The second one is probably P2P software or a game. There seems to be some CS:Source servers that use it.

but I don't have any program running right now, just a web browser. Why is it still showing up, it's filling up my log especially when connecting to a secure website

10.39.144.1 UDP bootpc Dropped

The secure website, like my bank site, freezes and won't let me log off. Stuck on "loading" a lot of the time. Same thing with email secure site.

Read the ticket, the firewall blocks DHCP responses from certain modems that use "half-bridge" mode. It causes temporary disconnects every time the WAN DHCP lease expires.
