I read in the forum that:
"The build-in dropbear ssh does not support -D dynamic port forward. "

Someone else suggested installing Optware:
http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=57184&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=router+ssh+client&start=0

Has anyone tried this ? Should I go ahead ?

I just need the ability to create a SSH-tunnel (IP Port-Forward) so all traffic (torrent or other data) from my PC is tunneled through the router, to an external SSH-Host-Server.

(PC connected to the Router, SSH-Host on the internet).

The same thing can be done with Putty or BitWise-Tunnelier.

But I would like to use the Router to do it.

Thank you for your guidance.

(DIR-615, DD-WRT V24 SP2 lattest).

Almost the same connection to INTERNET, but after SSH-tunnel I use OpenVPN. How to compile DIR-615, DD-WRT V24 SP2 without something but with OpenVPN and SSH ?
