Helo,

I have a problem that i'm unable to solve with DD-wrt.

We have a router with IP
WAN: 1.2.66.162
LANIP: 1.2.80.176

To this router is routed a network 1.2.80.176/28
Now i need servers connected to LAN ports to use the IPS 1.2.80.177...

HOW?

1.2.80.176 is not a usable IP address for that subnet. You need to set the LAN IP of the router to a usable address ie. 1.2.80.176 netmask 255.255.255.240 and then disable NAT by going to the Advanced Routing page and changing the mode from 'gateway' to 'router'.
