using the search bar and reading the peacock thread sounds like i need build 12548.currently using 13064 and having slow internet speeds.
1st router is a Linksys wrt54g v8
2cnd router is a Buffalo whr-hp-g54
can someone piont me to the 12548 build downloads for these routers or whatever builds you think is best to use.

With the Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 I used EKO's Build 12774 NEWD (not NEWD-2), one of the best builds I used. The link:

Yes read what DHC_DarkShadow requested. The Peacock Thread has valuable information and is a MUST read thread for any DD-WRT user!!!

It depends on your flash size. I know the Buffalo has 4MB flash and the one that I used with the Buffalo was:
dd-wrt.v24-12774_NEWD_std-nokaid_nohotspot_nostor.bin

As for your other router if it has 2MB flash use:
dd-wrt.v24-12774_NEWD_micro-plus.bin

thanks again mac! reading through the peacock i see plenty on upgrading from an old build but nothing on installing an older build with the current being newer.

the search bar really hasn't done much for me.i can search for(example)how to go back to an older build..a few diffrent ways and i will receive results like:

problems port forwarding
client bridge
bricked DIR-825
upnp forwarding....just to name a few,and yes i even scan the threads that really do not apply to my search.

thanks in advance!
