Hello everyone. I met a problem, hope somebody can help me, thanks.
I successfully flashed my whr-g300n to v24-sp2 build 13972, but found out that when I created a wireless virtual interface(ra1), my wireless devices got no ip. I tried to set ra1 as bridged and unbridged, both failed to work. The security authentication is working(WEP), but when trying to accquire ip address, there is no response and timeout. BTW, the physical interface ra0 (bridged with vlan1 as br0) is working ok.
I want to have 2 wireless interfaces(1 physical, 1 virtual) and both interfaces can connect to Internet but they cannot talk to each other. Could someone tell me how to configure? Thanks alot.
Well, I just found out that the WEP support in dd-wrt is broken. I've tested on a WHR-G300N and a WZR-HP-G300NH, both won't work if WEP is used. WPA is ok.
