i can get it working on my LAN but outside i cannot, i have given my pc on my router a static DHCP address also allowed port 9 UDP to my pc ip address

the wierd thing is it works when i turn off my pc and quickly on my mobile turn off wifi and just use my mobile data?

if anyone can help me out i would be very grateful

mmm... i dont really get this walk-through as it says at the top of the page

"and the static IP WOL computer is 192.168.1.254"

but then when it come to the ARP bit it says this

"The 192.168.1.254 IP address should correspond with the IP address you used in the previous step. Again, this IP should be in your LAN's subnet, and you must not assign this IP address to any actual device on your network."

but the 254 device is the WOL computer and now its saying it cannot be assigned to any device?!

Awesome I've got it working by adding a free IP address on my LAN to my port forward table and then type in the arp command in the command table

I've also got a no ip ddns name which makes it a lot easier
