Hello,

As stated in many threads on these forums, the "Keep Alive: Redial Period" for PPPoE is missing.

So there is no way to set this. On one thread someone said that this is built into v24 something like a default action.
False. I can confirm that after a period of inactivity the internet goes off.
After I open the internet browser, the first website will be unavailable / error / not connected - while the router connects again to the internet - then everything is OK.
I can see this also on my P2P applications that network traffic goes to zero !

I am using the DD-WRT v24-sp2 mini (SVN revision 13064)
with a Linksys WRT54GL v1.1 on a PPPoE (duh) connection.

Is this gonna be fixed ? As I see it, this "bug" is here for a long time. Will this be corrected ? Are there any plans ?

I will provide info, tests if needed.

Thanks in advance.
