are their any images of a completed one, do you solder directly to the chip or to where the pins lead, if to where the pins lead, why do the scratching?

solder the wires directly to bcm5352 unless your broad is identical to the one in the picture

Since, the bcm5352 datasheet is held in secrecy by bcm and I am unable to visit the chinese forums, can someone tell me where to scratch/solder?

I think you hare destroy the chip
there suppose to be a pcb layer and it is gone now
if you take a look at the side view to the chip you can see a layer of small shining wires, that is what I am talking about :cry:

I done it on my WRT54G v2.0 (serial CDF5)
And it's working !
I used rh19,rh20 for usb1 and rh21,rh22 for usb2
my firmware is DD-WRT v24-sp2 (11/02/09) mini-usb-ftp
