Hallo!

Nach dem Neustart von meinem WRAP hat dd-wrt wieder die Werkseinstellungen drin. Ich lande, nachdem ich das Webfrontend aufrufe, immerwieder bei dem Dialog, der einen auffordert den Benutzernamen und das Passwort zu ändern.

Ich habe meine CF bereits mehrfach komplett mit Nullen überschrieben und das dd-wrt Image neu geflasht. Sowohl SP1 als auch SP2, Public und Professional zeigen dieses Phänomen.

Was ich derzeit noch nicht verstehe, ich habe hier im Forum irgendwo gelesen, dass dd-wrt die Einstellungen im NVRAM speichert. Das trifft doch wohl nicht auf die x86 zu, oder? Ich denke eher, die Einstellungen werden auf die CF geschrieben. Aber wieso gehen die nach dem Neustart flöten?

Und ja, natürlich benutze ich die Button "Speichern" + "Anwenden".

Wie gesagt, ich habe verschiedene Versionen von dd-wrt probiert, u.A. auch das neueste Build 13064, sowohl als Public als auch Professional. Ich glaube aber nicht, dass dd-wrt selbst das Problem ist. Bei anderen Usern funktioniert es ja.

Ja, das Board hat das letzte BIOS drauf.

Zwei mögliche Ansatzpunkte hätte ich:

1. Das Board hat keine RTC Batterie drauf, die WRAP´s werden/wurden ohne geliefert.
2. Die CF hat lediglich 16MB, aber auf der Downloadseite steht, dass 8MB Flash reichen. Möglicherweise ist diese Angabe nicht mehr aktuell?

OK, mit einer 256MB CF funktioniert es. Scheinbar reicht die 16MB zwar für die Firmware, aber es bleibt nicht genügend Platz für die Config.

es steht nirgends das 8mb fuer x86 genuegen...allein das image hat 11mb.
ergo is alles unter 32mb zu kein

Richtig, das Image hat 11MB und würde nicht auf eine 8MB CF passen. Es steht aber tatsächlich so da:
