16454 bombs out after approx. 10min of uptime. Can't connect to it wirelessly, can't access management interface wireless or wired. hard reset is the only way to get it going again.

On the plus side this is the first version since 14311 where I could access the management interface from a pc connected to a switch other than the 1043ND.

It must be some setting
both of mine are great on 16454
ap/samba/dns/dhcp
not using routing
though its setup and i could use if i set it as default gateway

That's what I thought as well. However I'm using the same settings as with firmware 14311 which works just fine. Tried these settings multiple times with the same result; 16454 comes to a stop after ~10min.

I have no problems with my setup, and I have alot less wireless drops then before.

Did you do a 30/30/30 reset, or just a normal one?

Is it just me or is PPPoE disconnect non-functional in 16454. The "disconnect" button doesn't actually disconnect anything, nor does it renew the IP on conenctions with dynamic IPs.
However, clicking it often enough made the wan service lock up for me and I was unable to restore a connection until reboot.

"DD-WRT v24-sp2 (03/17/11) std - build 16454" and after few days of good wifi connections packets are being lost, it's hard to reconnect to wifi etc. Reboot -> back to normal.

The wifi issue is not solved in this build then Sad

Thanks for confirming this.

"Forced Disconnect" (in the PPPoE settings) appears to be equally broken, it appears to simply lock up the WAN service.

For me with 2 laptops via wifi I cannot connect directly from one laptop to another regardless of settings (ap isolation) on stock firmware.

On ddwrt this works... but there are other problems ;/

Original firmware => 150Mbps DDWRT => 65Mbps ???? Sad

How is it possible that with the original the connection speed in windows XP is 150 and with the DDRWRT firmware is 65?
