Sometimes the link with 1 and 2 breaks and it doesn't recover until I do the manual trick to recover it [1]. I have configured the WDS/Connection Watchdog but it doesn't works ok, it reboots the client router but the link doesn't recovers.
Any tip ? I should use a newer firmware because this firmware has some bugs with WDS?
[1] The tip for recover this kind of breaks it's (I readed it on the forum, sorry I don't remember the link).
1. I go to WDS page in the Router 1.
2. I set disable in the combobox of the client WDS Mac and wait for the page refresh.
3. Click Save and wait for the page refresh.
4. Click Apply and wait for the page refresh.
5. Change the combobox to LAN and wait for the page refresh.
6. Click Save and wait for the page refresh.
7. Click Apply and wait for the page refresh. _________________ ..//\/ e t . \/ i c i o u s ..
I haven't had that problem with my broadcom WDS setup, using that build. Try enabling STP on the basic setup page, and checking the signal strength on each connection. _________________ I fix "shortcuts". If you don't have time to read thoroughly, I don't have time to re-type what you missed.

I agree. I to needed STP enabled on all the WDS routers to stay connected.
Read my signature, I have 4 routers running WDS. Only the 610n_v1 will not "play" WDS with the 320 & 610_v2. That is okay, I will be testing newer builds to see if I can get it working with the other routers, till then it's a spare bridge for now. _________________ Home Network on Telus 1Gb PureFibre - 10GbE Copper Backbone
