Hallo C@mmunity,

ich möchte mit meinem Linksys WRT54GL folgende realisieren:

WakeOnLan eines bestimmten PCs zu einer UHRZEIT die ich einstelle.

Folgender Hintergrund:
Ich habe hier einen PC stehen, der nicht 24/7 rennen soll, wg. Stromverbrauch/Lautstärke usw...
Nun stelle ich ein, das der PC um 08.00 morgens hochfährt und habe im Autostart Musik, die mich dann weckt, als beispielsweiser Einsatzzweck Smile (ziehmlich sinnlos, aber zeigt warum WOL sinnvoll ist)

Manuelles WoL funktioniert bisher super, aber da mein Router so 1-2 mal am Tag vom Netz getrennt wird, ist es schwierig das mit dem Timer von X-Sekunden festzulegen.

ganz einfach:

unter Administration cron einschalten und folgenden Befehl in das Feld schreiben:

0 8 * * * root /usr/sbin/wol -i 192.168.1.255 <macadresse des pc's>

dieser wird nun jeden morgen um 8 uhr geweckt. Lese am besten nochmal bei wiki nach wie cron funtzt.
