Does anyone know when DD-WRT will be coming out with a firmware update for the Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH router?

Thanks.

me three! I'm debating buying one... are there any plans in the works to support it ever? What if we all chipped in to buy one for Brainslayer to hack?

How? I've read the page but I found nothing..

I read the wiki compatibility list and it says it is not supported but it also says to "see D-Link DIR-615 & TRENDnet TEW632BRP".. why? I read that those 2 routers have the same H/W.. also those 2 routers are WiP, but wzr-hp-g300nh is not supported (according to the wiki)

Has anyone tried dd-wrt on wzr-hp-g300nh?

See the last post on that page from me.

It JUST came out - so it will need testing.

Also read that once you flash DD-WRT - you can't flash back to Buffalo firmware.

Just to be clear, we're talking about the WZR-HP-G300NH here right?

I just ask because I'd love to pick one of these up from newegg (wireless n, gigabit, usb storage) but I want to be sure I can get dd-wrt up and running on it before I plunk down the cash!

I'll post a direct link to the router I was thinking of buying, if allowed...

The reason I ask is that on the other downloads page you linked to, I see "wzrg300nh" but not "wzrhpg300nh" or something similar...

whr-hp-300n was given support since changeset 13405-13406 but it's not the same hardware as the wzr-hp-300n.
The supported hardware page I think maybe wrong.

I know about the whr-hp-g300nh. What I am trying to verify is the wzr-hp-300n. In the link provided further above, http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/support/other-downloads?path=others/eko/BrainSlayer-V24-preSP2/12-28-09-r13525/ you can see what appears to be the whr-hp-g300n, whr-hp-gn (possibly generic?), and wzr-g300nh (no "hp" designation).

I can't find anything on the buffalo site about a product called wzr-g300nh so I am thinking this is really for the wzr-hp-g300nh but I just want to verify.

I've just flash whr-hp-gn with rc13525. Unfortunately, the function WDS didn't work at all. I found out that since firmware series 13000up the function WDS doesn't work.
I tried to test with wrt54g2 firmware rc12548 and the WDS worked fine. But with 13xxx or later(can't remember the exact build number), the WDS didn't work at all.

You flashed the wzr-hp-g300nh or wzr-hp-g300n?

Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH spec.

Cpu: Atheros AR9132 @ 400Mhz
Radio: AR9103 3x3 2.4 GHz (2 x external, 1 x internal antenna)
Switch: Realtek RTL8366SR Gigabit
1 x Usb 2.0 port

Very similar internally to the TP-Link WR-1043ND.
