i believe the problem is the used bottom flash memory. i had the same problem with a ESR6650 device, the fix was to move the nvram partition from the end to the sector before. let me play with some ideas _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking? no. from what i see here its a problem with accessing the last block of the flash chip. i can reproduce this here on a ESR6650 too which is my current testing device. it seems to affect only the 29lv320btc flash chip _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking?
