Am I best leaving the antenna gain set at 0?...

I read on here that when you set it, your transmit power is reduced to the maximum allowed within the regulatory domain?...

Obviously I want the maxium gain from my XR2 cards.

Does setting the regulatory domain make much difference?..

Thanks in advance.
