Hi all
I've been using v24 sp1 mini spcial quite happily for some time now. I have the block all p2p option and bittorent aplication blocked for all users and that's worked quite successfully. However, this month I found bandwidth usage on my account had gone through the roof. A little investigation has found that a couple of users are using Limewire and Vuze to download movies etc.
I have found that Limewire uses port 6346 and Vuze uses 55321 so have added them as blocked apps but it doesn't seem to have had any affect. I have UPNP disabled in dd-wrt.
Does anyone have any idead how I can succsesfuly block these apps from being used to download?

can you post screen shots of your access restictions site? _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking? Sounds like a Mac to me.." - Louis Rossmann https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eL_5YDRWqGE&t=60s
Previously I just had the catch all p2p and bittorrent but added the other three when I discovered people were using limewire and vuze but, as I say, they can still download with limewire and vuze
Have you edited the list of clients blocked by the catch all P2P? I know it seems obvious but missed this on my first attempt at blocking services and keywords.

Yes, all clients are listed correctly. It kills Utorrent stone dead on all of them but both Limewire and Vuze can still download on all of the client machines.
