ns2 and wan interfaces

Hi,
i have buyed and installed the last versione of dd-wrt on ns2,like to use ns2 as hotspot with chillispot.
in the past i have configurated buffalo ap as hotspot without problems.

how can configure the ethernet interface to be the wan interface and not lan interface
when enable wan interface via web i can't reach ns2

then u must configure via wlan...since it has only 1 ethernet port

i try via wlan but it's impossible to set wan interfaces using web interfaces.
i try to set as ip static and dhcp client.

an other strange thing, ns2 is slow and idle is always near 0 without work.
