Router/Version: Optiplex 7600 i7-8700 & 32 GB Ram with X710-T4L, i226 quad port, and AQC 113 single port M2 slot
File/Kernel: Full EFI VGA 2GB
Previous/Reset: Could not update via web GUI had to do clean install
Mode/Status: Router
Issues/Errors: Nothing major, listed below

On the Networking tab, all unused ports except Eth-0 show Error-1 when not in use but work fine otherwise. (This has been this way for several builds)

I did a clean install on a hard drive I just wiped. It should have asked me to activate however it was already activated. I have seen it do that before when overwriting a hard drive where I assumed that information was still present on the hard drive I just overwrote. I have been actually wiping hard drives in EaseUS Partition Master before writing images to them since that happened so I am not sure where it picked up it did not need to be activated so there may be a bug there.

This build has been working fine for a few hours now. I was able to get Adguard going again as well as my custom startup script to start Adguard and the mount the AQC113 M2 slot card and assign it to the bridge.

I suspect this build will not let me upgrade via the gui like the last several. According to kernel-panic69 I need to do a serial log of the update to be able to turn in a ticket. I am unsure how to do that but assume there are tutorials on the site. The Optiplex 7060 does happen to have a serial port I assume I can use for such purposes. I will do my best to figure out how to do a serial log of the upgrade attempt and provide the needed information to fix that issue assuming it is not already fixed.

And I don't know exactly what UART adapter you will need, but keep in mind that COM ports are not the same voltage as USB. Generally speaking, the COM port headers are present on motherboards but may not have a port connected; I am not entirely sure up to what generation of motherboards this is true for, though.

The easiest thing to do is to connect it the serial port of another Optiplex. The voltages should match. I have several Optiplex computers similar to the one I use as a router although they are one generation behind in CPU's that I picked up at Harris County Texas auctions for really good prices. I use them for mining Monero for the most part but one of them should be perfect to receive a log from my router.
