Qustion - Is 10Gb network card supported by DD-WRT?
I just saw a cheap 10Gb Network card on Amazon uses the Aquantia AQC107 controller. Will this card supported? It is only $40. Very tempted to buy one.
Any comment would be appreciated.
I am using the younger brother of that chipset, the AQC113, in an M2 slot card in my X86 router. It works however it does not survive a reboot. I have to go in an initiate manually after each reboot. I also have an X710-T4L 10 Gbps 4 port card that works perfectly in my router but they are very expensive. I have an AQC107 in my home server, Windows based, that works great connected to the X710 card in my router. I do not understand why my AQC113 does not initiate automatically after reboot. @ho1Aetoo is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about these cards. He will likely provide some input.
BTW, I found an AQC107 for $26.36 on AliExpress. I have ordered several things from there and received them all without any issues. It will take a week to ten days to delver but you should receive it.

I might give it a go and order one from Amazon. They can deliver it to me tomorrow (of course the fast shipping is built into the price, lol) and I can return it easily if I can't made it work. Aliexpress will take close to two weeks to get it to me.
Would you please share the steps to manually initiate the AQC113? I might need it.

The card came in early, plug it in and experienced the same issue as your AQC113.
modprobe atlantic enabled the card and it shown up in the setup --> networking screen. But it is not passing traffic and not detecting media insertion. Other thing I could try?

Adding it to br0 was the first thing I tried, but still no good.
Just curious - did you have to manually add your AQC113 to br0 also?
I am using the last Jan'26 release and I added modprobe atlantic as the startup command. It got enabled every boot. Just won't pass traffic
I guess I need to know the cli command to add it to the bridge. Willing to share it?

p.s. I found a AQC113 based 10G card in Amazon. I could return the AQC107 card and buy the AQC113 card for $20 more. But I mostly likely need your assistance to make it work as well.

No idea, normally you just have to load the driver.
The CLI commands are:

brctl addif br0 ethX
ifconfig ethX up
ethtool shows whether the card recognizes a cable:

After loading the driver with modprobe, it may also be useful to display the kernel ring buffer with "dmesg".
This should show how the card is initialized and any errors that may occur.
If no further errors occur and the card simply does not recognize any media/cable, try testing it with a 1Gbit device.

Unforunately, that is not the case. I tried it on my TrueNAS server and it exhibited the same behavior - detected but won't pass traffic. The vendor told me I have go get a special driver from their website, which I totally won't do it.
Life goes on and live and learn - you got what you paid for.

Because the module is not loaded automatically.
On older Linux systems, you always had to enter the modules in a configuration file so that they would be loaded automatically at system startup.
Newer systems often load many modules automatically via udev detection.
But even then, you sometimes have exotic hardware that is not recognized automatically, and you have to load drivers manually and add them to autostart.
You can save the module in the “Administration > Commands” tab, under “startup,” “firewall,” or “custom” (wherever you want; startup is executed earliest).
Or you can write an email to BS and convince him to load the module automatically (in a configuration file). _________________ Quickstart guides:
