Status: Still Borked, 5GHz Wireless "WLAN0" still missing. WLAN1 and 1.1 are there, but WLAN0 is missing, its SSID does not show up on any device. Also no blind connect possible without SSID. Router states it to be up and running, even transmitting packets. WLAN 0 temperature in router status page gives -255.0 °C.
Last build with functioning wlan0 is r62966 (12/06/25).

If your router's light turns red, don't worry. Internet connection is ok.
Incorrect rate of wlan0 - 800 Mbit/s!

No issues to report. Running WireGuard, and host for 2 Station Bridge units, and a Station unit.
The one station bridge unit (Netgear XR500), since it doesn't have a WAN (disabled)...it won't get NTP time update...but a "sleep 300; ntpclient -s -h 0.us.pool.ntp.org" in the startup takes care of that. The other station bridge is a Broadcom unit...it gets the NTP time correctly.
No other issues to report. All working fine on two XR500s and an R7000 unit.

As with the last build, I updated the MR7350 gateway and could not get an IPv6 address, even with a hard reset and very basic configuration. Tried turning off SFE and disabling NSS subsystem. Router would ping but wouldn't connect on HTTP or Telnet. Rolled it back to r61848.
Updated the two APs (one MX4300 and one MR7350) and both seem to be working correctly.

More information: I did a full reset again, and if I enable DHCPv6 Daemon and RADVD on the IPv6 tab, I can get an IPv6 address. From there, I finished my configuration and found that I don't get an IPv6 address if I enable Net Isolation on br1 (for guest wifi) or if I add the equivalent commands in the Firewall script. Even when it gets an IPv6 address, it has issues resolving some DNS AAAA records, and both test-ipv6.com and ip6.biz test sites fail. Something is very weird with IPv6. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MR7350

I dont provide public/GUA IPv6 in my network but use ULA since a long time.
X86 Router does not provide anything into network, but my above mentioned Dynalink does its custom radv message:
I use "ip -6 route add default via fd01:ab00:cd00:ef00:192:168:1:4" via Administration --> Commands on it and thats all.
Since the switch from iptables to nftables a few releases back, this does only work "half".
Devices receive their adress, but the x86 router seemingly does not NAT66 properly anymore as it feels.
As stated in my report, I tried changing the previously working ip6tables entries to nft, but this did not change anything.
Only way to get full IPv6 is to connect via Wireguard to my Router, then IPv6 test sites (like ipleak.net) also are happy.
I have no idea what happens and why it does not work anymore, I guess only time will tell.
Still my x86 Router itself can access everything IPv6 and uses its GUA.
@Zyxx, Definite similarities, although I don't use NAT66. I hadn't tried changing the rules to nftables, and my RA and DHCP6 config has always been through DNSMasq as I have some devices that get custom DNS. I put the build on a spare MR7350 so that I can easily switch between "working" r61848 and "testing" r63355. I'll play with it some more over the weekend and see if I can find a workaround for my situation. You've given me some things to try...
I also still have a Hurricane tunnel that I stopped using when Verizon finally got IPv6. Haven't tried with this build yet, but on the last build I tried it and still had basically the same issues. That will likely be part of my testing this weekend.
The APs only hand out DHCP info for the guest network, which is just IPv4, which is probably upgrading them does not cause any issues. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MR7350
