r62540 and wi-fi7 not working

Got a new Lonovo laptop with wi-fi7 tri-band.
Using Linksys wrt3200acm router

Wi-fi7 works with other network but not with dd-wrt witch is used with nordvpn

The Linksys WRT3200ACM does not support WiFi 7, so it cannot work.

It supports WiFi 5 / IEEE 802.11ac.
However, WiFi devices are always backward compatible, so you should be able to connect to an AC network with your notebook.

Of course, this assumes that you are not using incorrect settings, such as incorrect channel settings (many WiFi devices do not like this at all).
