r62157, 9/11/2025 release, has a web page problem on my R7800. I've tried two browsers, clearing caches, etc. I also flashed the release a second time. So far, the release works but the GUI pages are a mess.

there's a lot broken. i suspect it is aborting the restart of some services due to an error. Web console pretty much says every capture invocation errored.
if you ssh or telnet in even the usual ddwrt splash banner doesnt look right.
after reverting, my wifi lights no longer work. probably going to nvram erase and restore
Update: wifi lights still both off after revert/reset, but everything else working 100%, possibly been broken a while and just noticing now that sense are piqued

MR7350s: Updated my access points first as I wanted to make sure the guest VAPs worked before doing the gateway. Same issue as other recent versions, I couldn't connect to the VAPs. I did a wipe and rebuild of one of the access points, and after reboot, I couldn't connect to 5GHz on that device at all. 2.4GHz primary worked but not the 2.4GHz guest VAP.
Rolled back to r61848, restored previous config, then rolled forward to r62036. Will try again over the weekend if I have time. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MR7350

Sometimes I have similar view on my Linksys EA 6400 when I'm open GUI on the newest Firefox browser and Windows 10. Hint is use ctrl+f5 after login to router. I'm try to reboot router via ssh and made hard reboot via button on case. That view sometimes is exist and it's not rather bothersome.

that is why its always recommended to use browser in private mode with no add-ons... for the record i use Pale-Moon and have no issues...as well you dont have to reboot router to fix bad GUI its either refresh page or restart just the httpd service...but..anyway _________________ Atheros

It was broken in Pale Moon and everything else I tried as well on this release. All the usual tricks including restarting httpd didn't fix it.
yep, true i dont question that...nor ive seen any fixes on SVN so far...GUI is broke on R7800 indeed..but not on R7000... _________________ Atheros

Hi, can you give me a step-by-step guide to be able to reset the 7800 router and switch to the next firmware version
Is it enough to do a hw reset to restore it to basic functionality
Thank you.

??? no idea what you want to achieve here, clearly...but if you had a no GUI in 62157 ... than via
CLI update to the next build, than reboot it should be fine...or if you decide reset and rebuild settings manually... _________________ Atheros

In my case I couldn't restore working GUI on R7800, even with reset to defaults. Also, Web downgrade didn't work for me (I had one working GUI open, for reference what to click). So I needed to resort to CLI update:
- ssh to router
- curl or wget firmware to /tmp directory
- write firmware_name.bin to linux partition
