Update: Renamed file to firmware.bin /tmp
From: 61970
Reset: NO
Mode: Gateway
Shortcut Forwarding Engine: Disabled
QCA NSS Subsystem: Enabled
Status: Operational: 1 Hour
WAN Connection Type: DHCP
Services Used: Very basic config DHCP Server, DNSMasq, IPv4, 2 x Wireguard Commercial Client VPN's, 2 x DSA VLAN's for Wireguard VPN endpoint, Wireless 2 x SSID's WPA2 & WPA3 Encryption, 2 x VAP's: WPA2 Encryption.
Smart DNS: Cloudflare
Errors: DSA - When VLAN ID is added to VAP interface I am no longer able to connect to VAP's, it's like it's the wrong VAP password, they work fine if I add them on VLAN ID 1, is this just me?
Added: Just tested unbridged VAP's (in wireless interface) added DHCPD and they seem to be working / connecting fine. _________________ Main Router: Dynalink WRX36, PPPoE, Gateway Mode, Network IPV4 - Isolated Vlan's. Unifi AC-Pro x 3 AP's, Router Wi-Fi Disabled. Paid Commercial Wireguard Client's & WG server, DNSMasq, Static Leases with Quad9 SmartDNS, DNSMasq Adblocking thanks to egc script.

I tried doing "echo default-on > /sys/class/leds/ath10k-phy0/trigger" and it did nothing.
But.. I tried "echo phy0tpt > /sys/class/leds/r7X00:white:power/trigger" and the Power Led starts flashing like it would if it was showing Wifi activity.
Does the "ath10k" device require a "device -> ../../../gpio-leds" entry?

Similar issue. Not using VLANs but I do have a br1 for guest/IOT access on all of my MR7350s. The two IOT devices connecting to 2.4GHz worked, but the ones connecting to 5GHz do not. Checked with my laptop and I see similar behavior. It just won't take the password. Rolled back to r61848 and restored previous config.
I didn't do a reset this time because I saw the same behavior last build and a reset didn't help. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MR7350

Router/Version: Linksys MR7350
File/Kernel: DD-WRT v3.0-r61981 std (07/29/25) / Linux 6.6.100-rt29 #3788 SMP Mon Jul 28 14:21:29 +07 2025 aarch64
Previous/Reset: r61848->Reset->r61981
Mode/Status: Gateway, DHCPv6 Prefix delegation /60, SFE-ENABLED, QCA NSS Enabled, DNSMasq, 2.4 WPA2&3 / 5.0 WPA3, unbound Dual Pi hole as per ho1Aetoo
Issues/Errors: so far OK as long as I have SFE Enabled. Router does NOT like NSS-ECM (not exactly sure what this does)
I do not know how to set vlans yet // unable to test them
I tested out NSS-ECM. While I do not fully understand what this does I can tell you my 5Ghz will not connect with this enabled / my 2.4Ghz works well with NSS-ECM enabled. I set the router back on SFE Enabled, Reboot, and everything works again - with the r61981 build.
Any idea what this is doing, and why my router seems to love SFE?
Edit: messing around, set to NSS-SFE, rebooted router. Everything working great. Mine does not like NSS-ECM... especially on 5Ghz. leaving on NSS-SFE for now to test for the evening. / will edit if any updates. // 2 hours on r61981 with NSS-SFE and all good so far on Linksys MR7350, and I do not have vlans as I have not tackled them at this time... so I can not confirm other posts above.
edit 30 July 2025: posed at bottom. 5Ghz stopped 'working" spotty connection, when connected, no data - 2.4Ghz working fine. Rolled back to r61848 _________________ GL-iNet GL-MT6000 (main gateway) - openwrt 24.10.snapshot

Description:
Linksys MR5500 - serial connection read. r60771 flashed to r61981. temp issue again on new build.
1. Uppgrade without reset succeeds (as opposed to r61970)
2. Enable and save/apply USB drive automount succeeds.
3. Reboot with USB drive automount - boot loop: reboots after 17 successful pings. This can be stopped by unplugging the drive and disabling automount.
4. Router can see USB drive partitions:
Flashed this release yesterday on my MR7350.
Everything was working, even moving out of range and back into, without problem.
Also VAPs fast and snappy, everything fine.
The last release capable of this was r61848.
Unfortunately problems came back today.
Since my router restarts every morning and I wasn't at home since now I wondered why my mobile (nothing phone 2a) wasnt connecting to 5GHz.
Took it ~1 minute to end with very slow internet, or no connection at all via WiFi.
Under Status --> Wireless, the given RX Rate for this device is 0.0M, SNR is 0 and Signal Quality is 0.
It looks like this:
This problem is in all releases after r61848.
My Settings for wlan0 (5GHz) are:
Radio Mode: AP
Domain: Germany
Network Mode: AX/AC/N mixed
Channel Width 80MHz
Channel: 100
Extenseion Channel: UU (+6)
Beacon Interval: 200
DTIM: 1
Sensitivity Range / ACK Timing: 800
My Settings for wlan1 (2.4GHz) and its VAP 1.1 are:
Radio Mode: AP
Network Mode: mixed
Channel Width: Full (20MHz)
Channel: 11
Beacon Interval: 200
DTIM Interval: 1
Sensitivity Range / ACK Timing: 800
There are usually ~10 other WiFis on 2.4Ghz and ~5 other Wifis on 5GHz in my range.
Those are the commands I have in "Administration" --> "Commands" --> "Startup":
Code:
ntpclient 192.168.1.254
Those are the commands I have in "Administration" --> "Commands" --> "Firewall":
Code:
ip -6 route add default via fd01:ab00:cd00:ef00:192:168:1:4
ip -6 route add fd89:5862:86:1:192:168:92:0/112 via fd01:ab00:cd00:ef00:192:168:1:254
curl https://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.txt|grep "^0.0.0.0" >> /tmp/hosts
sleep 20
killall -HUP dnsmasq
--> Please note: The problem is still there even when I disable the curl, sleep and killal commands.
The problem is fixed when I reboot the router.
In previous releases I often had to powercycle it.
I'll append messages file.
