Issues/Errors:
After update, couldn't connect to 5GHz on any of the devices. It would connect for a few seconds, then disconnect and try to reconnect. Same on my IOT devices. I tried a full reset on one of the access points, but no luck. I will try again later but for now, I just don't have time to mess with it. Reverted all devices back to r61848 with previously saved configuration. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MX4300

5GHz AX is working, always.
2.4GHz Wifi "mixed" has hiccups and needs several router restarts until connected devices would report "Internet available".
My VAP on 2.4 GHz (wlan 1.1) really struggles to keep my tasmota devices connected.
After a few hours they just dont show up anymore and cannot be accessed, until I reboot the router.
Disabled AP Isolation and CTS/RTS on VAP and CTS/RTS on wlan 0 & 1, currently testing.
But does not look good. ~40% loss and 4s latency to my tasmota devices.
[edit] my tablet on 2.4GHz Wifi just stated no internet -.-

Previous/Reset: R61848 RESET - YES
Mode/Status: Factory Defaults
Issues/Errors: R61954 will not boot without factory defaults.
I started with R61848 using my current working configuration. I was going to simply flash onto other partition keeping current config as I have done many times.
Used GUI to flash R61954 onto Partition 1 (linux).
R61954 would not boot completely. Sometime during boot process it crash and reboot.
After four failed boots it would revert to R61848 and the current working config.
Used the GUI again to flash R61954 except this time I choose to reset to defaults.
R61954 booted as expected. Changed the password. Started to manually reconfigure.
First items was to enable the WAN port. - No Issue.
Second up was to enable USB Storage to set mount JFFS. - Click Save & Apply, and immediately crashed and tried to reboot. Stuck in reboot loop. Would not auto-recover, I counted 18 reboots without reverting to other partition. Had to do hard reset.
I ripped the glued cover off. Set up a serial connection.
Starting with R61848 on Partition #2(linux2).
Reset R61848 to factory defaults before flashing. Changed Password and enable console_debug in NVRAM before flashing.
Use GUI to flash R61954.
This is the first log file attached: MR7500-RM2_2025_0717_192911_r61848-2-r61954.txt
Log file starts at powering on R61848.
Next Logfile: MR7500-RM2_2025_0717_193849-r61954
restarted with R61954 after enabling USB Storage. No other changes were made except the password.
Again it was stuck in a reboot loop and would not recover to other partition.
Rolled back to R61848.

Issues/Errors:
Up 12.5 hours. USB 3.2 stick working properly for Entware and "jffs" partitions. Speed, wired and wifi, is very close to published, which is equal or favorable to the ISP router - tested via nPerf.com. Wireguard and OpenVPN servers both working as expected and throughput sufficient to open video files on network shares. 5GHz showing 26dBm (set to 30dBm). 2.4GHz showing 28dBm (also set to 30dBm).
After the previous attempt, I had reverted back to 61848 and restored the saved config from that version. Now that it's the weekend and I'm off work, I had some time to work on it, so I did the webupgrade again. Surprisingly, it was solid from the get-go. I don't know what went wrong the first time.
Thank you Brainslayer. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MX4300

Is your 2nd attempt still working?
Since you posted it, I tried again and am in Limbo again.
Some devices on 2.4 GHz cannot access websites but only the MR7350, nothing behind it.
2.4GHz VAP is sometimes unstable if at all visible to devices.
And new: my 5GHz devices show sometimes SNR 0 and Signal Quality 0 in Status Wireless.
They are caught in an endless retry to connect loop.
To break this loop I have to disable WiFi on them, restart the router. Wait until everything has settled down and then enable WiFi on my devices again.
Still try to figure out why this happens in this release.
Same settings work on r61848.
Strange...

Yes, 37 hours up, and everything is still connected. Still seeing full speed. The first time, I had updated from 61920, with the existing config. Even when I wiped one and reconfigured with the same settings, it still wasn't connecting. When I updated directly from 61848 using the restored configuration from that build, it's stable. I don't know why. If this build isn't working for you, then I'd say roll back.
Maybe capture logs before doing the disable/reboot and post them here. Maybe the devs can find something. _________________ Formerly dpp3530 Linksys MX4300
