Hardware donation / fullflash dump, please. It's easier for the developer if he has a test device in his possession. Unless you have patches to submit to add support...

I've already contacted BrainSlayer via email. No reply yet, but he should reply in the forum at some point...

sorry. had some private troubles. sometimes worlds collide in a unexpected way. anyway. please do a full flash dump. not just bootloader. everything you can get. usually you can do this from commandline of the dlink console using cat and some program you find in the box. i often missuse the vendors webserver to transfer files locally

The default password is not working. Any suggestions on what to try?

Also Uboot does not pause to allow me to change the boot options.

I was not able to login to the serial console so I went back to trying Uboot menu option 4 to create the dump. I had to send "4" every 1ms and that worked to override the default option.

Code:
Please choose the operation:
1: Load system code to SDRAM via TFTP.
2: Load system code then write to Flash via TFTP.
3: Boot system code via Flash (default).
4: Entr boot command line interface.
6: System Enter UBoot to Update Img or Bin.
7: Load Boot Loader code then write to Flash via Serial.
9: Load Boot Loader code then write to Flash via TFTP.
default: 3

You choosed 4

 0

4: System Enter Boot Command Line Interface.

U-Boot 1.1.3 (Jul 17 2019 - 16:41:57)

MT7621 # help nand

nand nand usage:
  nand id
  nand read <addr> <len>
  nand write <addr> <data...>
  nand page <number>
  nand erase <addr> <len>
  nand oob <number>
  nand dump
  nand init

MT7621 #

I should be able to read the whole flash.

I did a search for my model on the forum and noticed that the post hadn't been edited in a while. Is it possible to install DD-WRT on this router?

Here is the information I managed to retrieve from my router's chips

chip number 1:
Mediatek
MT7621AT
2114-AMAH
GTPQT365
DTP3A66

chip number 2:
Mediatek ARM
MT7615N
2113-BXDAL
CCMCKPO6

chip number 3:

Mediatek ARM
MT7615N
2113-BXDAL
CCMCKPO6

chip number 4:

Windbond
W29NO1HVS1NA
60534H800
116P

There is a 4th smaller chip, but I can't read what is written there

Thank you very much for your help and time

Thanks kernel-panic69.

I'm a beginner. Is it possible for me to find the information I need to help developers with my router? If so, what steps should I take to help?

Thanks a lot.
