I have 3 Asus RT-AC88Us, all basically configured as access points. two of them work great, one of them keeps crashing. configs exactly the same except the problem one has a usb drive attached. I pulled the usb drive to make sure it wasn't the issue. everything works great for about 12-48 hours and then things go bad. I have tried different dd-wrt version. here are what the logs look like before the crash. pages and pages of:

I wish I knew what portion of the config, outside of everything, to post. The only difference between the three routers is switch config on the two "good" routers shows 6 ports while switch config on the "bad router" shows 4 ports. All eight ports work on the "good" routers but only 4 work on the "bad" router. Back in the day I remember having to configure vlans on the cli, that shouldn't be a thing today should it?

I'm seeing only 4 ports 1..4, CPUPORT and WAN on VLAN-page of my AC88U (r55678). That's 4 or 6 in your counting?

also interesting that i can put my old Asus rt-ac68u back instead of the 88U, with the same config, and i have zero issues.

So, in my uneducated opinion, it def seems to be a memory issue. The GUI doesn't seem to show the problem but the logs show killing processes due to lack of memory. How can I figure out what is exhausting memory?
