Can I get a dynamic IP from firewall in Access Point mode?

R7000 with Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r59468

I want to manage IP address of the R7000 running DD WRT from firewall based on the MAC address of the R7000.

I've tried using the startup commands before (to turn off the lights), and I can't ever get it to work. I tried the instructions you linked and I don't think it worked... I can't delete the IP address in the web GUI and whatever I put there ends up being the IP Address
