What happened to the "Switch Config" panel?

Hi, I had decided to redo the configuration of my Netgear R7800 from scratch but reset the router to default parameters and then via hardware it disappeared. Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r59582 std (02/09/25)

Solution: restart router

Only this time I restarted several times and it didn't appear. I managed to fix it with a backup copy of the configuration. How come it happened I don't know.
