Hello, I need a little help here. I have a Linksys ea6200 router. I tried to install firmware FW_EA6200_1.1.41.188556_prod using Firmware recovery using Asus Utility, but firmware was interrupted by 95 percent.

I called the computer using serial uart with the putty and it shows a message that no such device:
eth2: WLC_GET_VAR(chanspec): No such device
eth2: WLC_GET_VAR(chanim_stats): No such device
eth2: WLC_GET_VAR(scb_assoced): No such device

Just stay there, I tried to enter the CFE using ctrl + c when I plug the power cable but it does not reach the CFE prompt. Any idea what I can do? or My router turned into a brick?

Code:

Since you have serial connection established, are you able to ping the router's ip addr?

There is a method you could try, connect the power, then unplug it soon as the leds begin to flash 3x s real quick, doing this should restore to other partition, keep your serial connection going to check out the status and results.

It looks like you may be able to tftp the FW_EA6200_1.1.41.188556_prod if you can answer my first question. If you are able to ping the router's ip then tftp the firmware is an option.

Are you sure the router is Rx'ing your keyboard input?

This can also be switched via nvram, e.g. from the EA6900 wiki.

You have the option and it may be better since you have the serial connection established https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Linksys_EA6900#Boot_Partitions jwh7 suggestions and written details are there as well.

There is less than a second from power-up to break the bootloader.

I have the habit of pressing ctrl+c and applying power. These EA-series are especially fun to recover.

Hello friend,
I have one EA6200 in the same situation that yours have been. I have access to serial but flashing by tftp from CFE, DD-WRT, OEM or OPEN-WRT firmware not unbrick my router. I have an bootloop in every situation. May be an corrupt CFE, i think. The situation appear after a power outage with DD-WRT installed. Can you help with detailed steps how to unbrick my device, may be others look for similar info.
Thank you!
