Hello all!

i have a strange problem.

i use a Netgear R6400V2, with build r39538, work perfectly with vlan tag on WAN (needed for my ISP).

upload/download speed 800Mbps.

but now i need to connect my routeur to wireguard vpn, so i need to upgrade my build.

i've directly upgrade to r57595, no problem, except a capped internet speed?

now i have only 400Mbps... (tested with wired connection)

so, i downgrade to r54682, same problem.

i've try with vlan tag (ONT plugged on r6400) or without (r6400 plugged on isp box), no change.

same with ou without wifi activated, or after nvram erase & reboot.

if I go back to build r39538, problem disappears Shocked

any idea what caused it? Very Happy

Thanks!

Ps: sorry for my english, it's not my native language

Have you tried enabling under the Basic Setup page, the Shortcut Forwarding Engine? Try each (SFE and CTF) and see if one works better than the other. I have not had a bdcm router connected to a WAN connection in many years so I don't know which may work best.

I have one and you need to enable CTF and then CTF&FA

Reboot and you should get > 900 Mb/s but that only works if your WAN is automatic DHCP
